Production Bird Cage

NOTE:  This is used.  It has some scratches/missing paint as you can see on the pictures.  It does not affects the performance of this prop.  
It came from a magician's estate.

This item has been described by Prof. Hoffmann in his Modern Magic (pages 311 and 312) over a hundred years ago.  

Long unavailable, we are delighted to reintroduced this classic production item, handcrafted in Brass, and plated in a gleaming silver finish. 

You can produce this bird cage from a standard production prop.  
In their collapsed stage each cage occupies a space of less than 5" square and two and half inch in height.  

When produced each cage is about 5" square and 6" high, standing rigid on its base.  It can safely hold small live birds like Canaries.  

It has been hand crafted by a master craftsman, and with a little care will give you many years of use, and also serve as creditable show piece in your collection of classic magic!
